I had diet blowouts over and over again. It’s hard to follow a diet when you get so hungry! It wasn’t like I was really starving, either. I just felt like I was.

Now, after 9 1/2 years of research, and the trial and error, I’ve built up a collection of unusual healthy snacks that don’t screw me up. My weight has gradually melted away.
I can fit into my old High School bell bottom pants for theme parties now!
More importantly, my blood glucose readings are healthy without taking drugs.
I’d like to share my snacks for diabetics “toolbox” with you. You’ll find them to be low carb, low gi (glycemic index), and gluten free.
Note that any food can be much more satisfying, in smaller quantities, when it is very flavorful. Ready for a taste adventure?
